EOCP offers dignified living
to help homeless men, women, and families— including
individuals battling HIV/AIDS—rebuild their
lives. Crossroads is our state-of-the-art,
24-hour multi-service emergency housing facility
in Oakland,
and the largest in Alameda County. At Crossroads,
homeless people, find a compassionate and healthy
refuge for healing. Our House is a transitional
home that creates a peaceful environment for
young people while giving them the tools for
self-sufficiency. Matilda Cleveland is a congregate
residential complex where homeless single parent
families find support and resources for regaining
their footing in life. Through our Families
in Transition program, we provide homeless families
with transitional housing in 10 units scattered
throughout Oakland, with an array of services
for achieving self-sufficiency and raising healthy
children.
