Our House

Young adults find support and a place to call home in this transitional house while they overcome homelessness. Our House’s programs give young people the tools they need to become self-reliant now and in the future. Located at 1024 101st Avenue in Oakland, Our House serves 7 residents at a time.

Matilda Cleveland
