The On-Call Residential Advisor supports residents with problem solving, monitors chore completion, demonstrates how to complete chores when necessary, answers the front desk phone, assists residents with daily needs, assures compliance with EOCP rules and procedures, and effectively handles crisis situations as they arise. This position requires attention to people and their needs. The pay is DOE. We prefer 3 years experience working with the homeless or in a shelter setting. You must be able to work with a team and have good verbal and written communication ability. Mature men and women who are fluent in Spanish (native speakers are a plus) are highly encouraged to apply. We are hiring for swing shift, grave yard shift and weekend positions.
